We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Elevated Faith. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Items not eligible to be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items: Subscription items, stickers, rings, socks, wristbands, string bracelets, keychains, masks, and all mystery items.

Our Guarantee

Our hope is that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 35 days from the original shipping date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We incur a $6 handling fee on all refunds.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We replace certain items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please file a return.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

i love this crewneck so much! so many people have commented on it and I love being able to tell other people about Jesus AND Elevated Faith! truly the most comfortable crewneck and I refuse to take it off haha!

The crewneck I received is exactly how it looks in the pictures! It has a vintage feel with a washed out gray color and is very flattering. I am a girl, size Medium normally, but I chose a large because I wanted an oversized fit. I admit, it was a bit more oversized than expected when I ordered a large but realized that its because this crewneck is unisex, not women’s only. That mistake was on my part. However, its still the cute oversized look I wanted and I can’t wait to style it. Highly recommend! (Just keep in mind the sizes are unisex and order accordingly.)
