We know it can be difficult to experience a product without seeing it in person or trying it on. If you're uncomfortable for any reason with your purchase from Elevated Faith, we offer totally free of charge returns for 30 days from your purchase date. Just let us know whether you'd like a refund or an exchange by heading over to our Returns/Exchanges page.
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 35 days from the original shipping date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Stickers & Low-priced Items
Please note that our stickers, temporary tattoos and wristbands are final sale and unable to returned or exchanged because of the low price of these items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please file a return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable from the original order. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is an issue with the shipment.
