Terms of Service EF API Tool
Effective Date: March 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the internal Meta Ads API integration tool ("the Tool") developed and maintained by Elevated Faith LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Tool.
1. Description of the Tool
The Tool is an internal software application built on the Meta Graph API designed to automate and manage advertising campaigns, including but not limited to the duplication of ad sets and ad creatives within the Elevated Faith Meta Business Manager account.
2. Authorized Use
The Tool is intended strictly for internal business operations by authorized personnel of Elevated Faith LLC. You agree to use the Tool only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
You agree not to:
•Use the Tool for any unauthorized or illegal activities.
•Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security measures or access controls.
•Share your access credentials or API tokens with unauthorized third parties.
•Use the Tool in a manner that violates Meta's Advertising Policies or Community Standards.
3. Data Privacy and Security
The Tool processes data related to advertising campaigns, performance metrics, and account structures within the Meta Business Manager.
•Data Handling: All data accessed via the Tool remains the property of Elevated Faith LLC and is subject to our internal data governance policies.
•Security: We employ reasonable security measures to protect API tokens and account access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access tokens generated for your use.

4. Compliance with Meta Policies
The Tool relies on the Meta Graph API and Marketing API. Your use of the Tool is explicitly subject to the following Meta policies:
Failure to comply with these policies may result in the suspension of the Tool's access to the Meta API and disciplinary action by Elevated Faith LLC.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Tool, including its underlying code, architecture, and associated documentation, are the exclusive property of Elevated Faith LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the Company's trademarks, logos, or brand features.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Tool is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elevated Faith LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
•Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Tool.
•Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
•Any bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in the Tool's operation (e.g., unintended ad spend or incorrect campaign duplication).
8. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Tool following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
