This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Elevated Faith LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information accessed through the EF API Tool ("the Tool") — an internal Meta Graph API integration built to automate advertising campaign management within the Elevated Faith Meta Business Manager account.

This Policy is intended to satisfy the data transparency requirements under the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, and applicable privacy regulations.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies exclusively to the EF API Tool, which is used solely by authorized internal personnel of Elevated Faith LLC. The Tool is not a public-facing application and does not collect, process, or store personal data of external end users or consumers.

2. Data We Access and Process

The Tool accesses data strictly within the Elevated Faith Meta Business Manager environment via the Meta Marketing API. The categories of data accessed include:

  • Ad Campaign Data – Campaign names, structures, budgets, schedules, status, and targeting settings

  • Ad Set Data – Ad set configurations, audience targeting parameters, placement settings, and bid strategies

  • Ad Creative Data – Creative assets (images, copy, headlines, URLs) associated with active or paused ads

  • Performance Metrics – Impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and other campaign performance indicators made available through the Meta Ads Insights API

  • Account Metadata – Business Manager account IDs, ad account IDs, and page associations required for API authentication

The Tool does not collect, access, or process:

  • Personal information of Facebook or Instagram users

  • End-customer purchase data or behavioral profiles

  • Payment card or financial data

  • Health, biometric, or sensitive personal data of any individual

3. How We Use the Data

Data accessed by the Tool is used solely for the following internal business purposes:

  • Campaign Management – Automating the duplication, creation, and modification of ad sets and creatives within the Elevated Faith ad account

  • Performance Monitoring – Pulling metrics to evaluate and optimize advertising campaign effectiveness

  • Operational Automation – Reducing manual workload related to campaign scaling and structure management

  • Audit and Logging – Maintaining internal records of actions performed via the Tool for accountability and debugging

We do not use this data for:

  • Sale or transfer to third parties

  • Profiling or tracking individuals

  • Training AI or machine learning models

  • Any purpose beyond internal advertising operations

4. Legal Basis for Data Processing

All data processed by the Tool is accessed through authenticated API tokens granted by Elevated Faith LLC's own Meta Business Manager account. The legal basis for processing is:

  • Legitimate business interest – Internal operational automation and advertising efficiency

  • Authorized access – API tokens are issued directly to Elevated Faith LLC as the data controller for its own ad account data

5. Data Retention

Data retrieved by the Tool is:

  • Not persistently stored beyond what is operationally necessary for the current task (e.g., temporarily held in memory during a duplication workflow)

  • Logged internally only for debugging, auditing, and error-tracing purposes

  • Retained in logs for a maximum of 90 days, after which logs are deleted

API access tokens are stored securely in environment variables or secure secrets management systems and are never logged in plaintext.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share data accessed through the Tool with any third party, except:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. – As the API provider, Meta processes requests made by the Tool in accordance with the Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Platform Terms

  • Internal Personnel Only – Access to the Tool and its outputs is restricted to authorized Elevated Faith LLC employees and administrators

No data is shared with advertisers, data brokers, analytics companies, or any external parties.

7. Security Measures

We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data accessed through the Tool, including:

  • API Token Security – Tokens are stored using environment variables or secrets management tools; never hardcoded in source code

  • Access Control – Tool access is restricted to named, authorized internal users only

  • Encrypted Transmission – All API calls are made over HTTPS/TLS

  • Audit Logging – Actions performed via the Tool are logged internally for review

  • Principle of Least Privilege – The Tool requests only the Meta API permissions necessary for its stated functions

Despite these measures, no system can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach, Elevated Faith LLC will take prompt corrective action.

8. Meta Platform Compliance

The Tool is built on the Meta Graph API and Marketing API. Use of the Tool is expressly governed by:
