How do you wash Elevated Faith apparel?
We recommend you wash your garments inside out on a delicate cold wash setting with like colors.

Can you tumble dry Elevated Faith apparel?
We do not recommend that you tumble dry your apparel. Hang to dry right after the wash cycle.

How can I get rid of wrinkling?
To maintain the life of your garment, we recommend that you steam instead of iron. Especially if the garment contains a puff print, it is best to refrain from ironing so you don't damage the print.

Shipping & Returns

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 35 days from the shipping date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $7 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Beautiful - but strong chemical smell
I love this denim jacket, it's super cute, inside pockets are GREAT! But unfortunately there is a very strong chemical smell - I've washed the jacket over 5 times since purchase (less than a month), and cannot get the smell to completely go away. With using odoban, laundry sanitizer, vinegar, anything I could think of.

Love it soooo much!!!
This jacket was true to size, I got the large so I could fit hoodies underneath. Quality is amazing, inner lining was an extra bonus, and stitched Elevated Faith on front pocket is so cute. Couldn't be more happier with my purchase. Soooo happy, I highly recommend it!!

Love the Corrected Jacket, Exchange Policy Needs Some Help.
When I received my order I was so disappointed because the vinyl on the jacket was damaged. I immediately sent pictures and within a couple hours customer service responded to me and explained the process for me to exchange. I was also offered the opportunity to keep the damaged jacket at a discounted cost. There was no way I wanted to do that! The part that was extremely frustrating is that I had to send the damaged jacket back ( about 5 days), had to wait until they were able to process it (about 5 days) and then had to wait for them to resend out my order (3-5 days). I wasn’t exchanging the jacket because I had ordered wrong, I had to exchange it because they sent me a damaged jacket. Instead of IMMEDIATELY sending me out a correction and letting me return the original one sent to me, It felt like I had to jump through hoops to get what I paid for. I finally got my jacket and I love it, which is why I ordered it in the first place. I think that in cases like mine, where it was company error, there needs to be a different/more expedited exchange process. In the end, I am thankful to be able to support this company, but I am a little hesitant to order again.
