  • To prolong the life of your tumbler, we recommend washing by hand with soap and warm water.
  • If you choose to wash by dishwasher, please remove the parts of the lid separately as shown in the video below.
  • Want to spice up your tumbler with EF stickers? If you do, make sure you wash by hand and avoid scrubbing too hard on the stickers.

Shipping & Returns

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 35 days from the shipping date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $7 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

    Loved this cup but the bottom of the handle broke lose after 4 months and was not fixable. Decided not to buy another, bought a new cup from another brand instead. Didn’t want to deal with it happening again if I purchased another one like it.

    Didnt come with a straw

    It is adorable and my daughter loves it. It just didnt come with a straw which is a little inconvenient to find one that fits.
