I was thrilled to purchase this product as a Christmas gift for my sister-in-law. I placed my order on 12/13 and was charged immediately, but I never received a confirmation email or the product itself. The charge is still on my bank statement, and despite reaching out to customer service three times, I have yet to receive a response. This is especially disappointing because weve always been loyal fans of the EF brand. I sincerely hope this issue can be resolved, whether through a refund or by receiving the product.

I have received MANY compliments for my charm & tumblers. My tumbler has also encouraged me to drink so much water. I take it EVERYWHERE! My phone charm has made having my phone on me without a purse so simple and easy. I can't wait to order more from EF!

I was disappointed. Ive been eye balling their bracelets for MONTHS. I am so glad I went with this instead of buying a bunch of bracelets. This message is so important to me so even though its not as vibrant as i would like I went with this one. The beads are extremely shiney, thin, and made of very cheap plastic. Even their elevated faith gold charm is cheap plastic and not metal. The string is extremely thin and cheap. It looks dirty. I am so disappointed. I have purchased better quality items from Shein. Not the quality I expected from a boutique style store. If you are looking for a good quality phone charm, the one from Casetify is worth the price.
