  • To prolong the life of your tumbler, we recommend washing by hand with soap and warm water.
  • If you choose to wash by dishwasher, please remove the parts of the lid separately as shown in the video below.
  • Want to spice up your tumbler with EF stickers? If you do, make sure you wash by hand and avoid scrubbing too hard on the stickers.

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 35 days from the shipping date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $7 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
